ABM Mechanical Announces Acquisition of Building Information Modeling Division from Haley Ward

Bangor, ME – ABM Mechanical, Inc. and Haley Ward, Inc. are pleased to announce the purchase and sale Haley Ward’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) division to ABM. As part of the transaction, ABM will also acquire the Final Draft CAD name and integrate the team into its operations.
